Brazilian Londoner Milo Tchais's background with street art moved him, self-taught, into painting and producing works focused on gallery and indoor close up viewing. As well as carrying on creating large murals and pieces on the streets of many cities in Europe and South America. Milo mainly works with acrylics and spray paint, although his pieces incorporate mixed techniques in very diverse supports.
Synthesizing elements from the natural world with the gently distorting mirror of imagination, human forms nestle into an orgy of spiraling abstraction and a landscape of explosive inner space. Silky movements in shapes and color contrasts lifts layer after layer of texture into a joyous sea of celebration, reflection and exploration of the creative process.
